A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Jessica Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University Law School. Before opening her own practice in 2014, Jessica managed the REO, Title and Closing departments of a large Massachusetts real estate law firm. Since opening the doors of The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C., the firm has grown to become an industry leader and one of the fastest growing new firms in Massachusetts. Jessica's extensive legal experience, focus on customer service, marketing skills and leadership abilities have all played a role in building a solid foundation for The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. jessica is boar member of her garden club and enjoys summers in cape cod.

 

 

WENDY JETER
VP/Marketing Manager

Wendy Jeter has over 20 years of experience in the real estate law industry, specializing in the residential conveyancing process from start to finish. She has been part of The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. team since its inception. Prior to that, Wendy worked for 13 years for one of the top real estate law firms in the Metrowest area. Wendy went to Mass Bay Community College for Business Administration and is a certified mediator and notary public. Wendy enjoys attending live music events and spending time with family and friends.

W. SCOTT PARR, ESQ.
Of Counsel

Scott Parr is a strategic business leader, attorney and equity investor, who has advised, created and led successful organizations in the private, public and not for profit sectors. He has achieved performance improvements and objectives and increased entity value through a combination of  analysis, innovation, advocacy, process and communications enhancement, team building and management. Most recently, he took over a poorly performing public company with a long history in manufacturing and technology, and remade it into the largest and most successful independent global provider of systems for the early identification of breast cancer. Prior to that, he served as CEO and as General Counsel for several high-technology corporations in high growth or turn-around situations and as a business attorney providing counsel in financing, organizational, strategic and contractual issues.

Scott also has significant experience in government and politics. He has set up and run local government and state programs in employment, education and environmental sectors and has served as a senior campaign executive for several state and federal political campaigns. Most recently, he was Campaign Chairman in a US Congressional race. Scott began his public service as a Senate Investigator for the United States Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities (Watergate Committee).

Scott is active in local government relations and advocacy, telecommunications licensing, business formation and finance, energy and mediation. He obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (where he was a Littauer Scholar) and an A.B. in Economics from Brown University. He has been a Lecturer in Public Management at the College of the Holy Cross, and a Visiting Lecturer at the Harvard University School of Public Health.


CHRISTOPHER P. DOYLE
Senior Paralegal

Chris Doyle graduated from Fitchburg State College in 2000 and has been a real estate paralegal for over 15 years. Chris has worked all over the state for several well-known real estate firms covering all aspects of real estate transactions.

 

 

KURT LUSCHKOWSKI
Titles and Closing Manager

Kurt is from Aliquippa, Pa, he has a BA in English and is our Closing Manager. He has been in the industry since August 2010 at Servicelink, Nationallink, & Mortgage Connect before Joining The Law Office Of Jessica Clarke in 09/2021. Kurt has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the title industry having done just about every job on his way up. Along the way, forging a lasting relationship with Wendy & Kristin, and ultimately Jessica that led to becoming part of our team!

SARAH LEMMO
Administrative Assistant

Sarah was born in PA, raised in MA, and currently resides in RI. Sarah previously worked as a scheduling paralegal in the Closings department and now is assisting our Titles Department. Sarah’s interests includes acting, animals, sports, and music, especially going to see local bands in concert. Her favorite activity to do in MA is visiting her grandma.

 

 

DAN SKUNZA
Title Examiner

Dan has been a Title Examiner at JC Law since June 2020 and has over 10 years of experience in title and real estate law. He is originally from Columbus, Ohio, but currently resides outside of Tacoma, Washington. Dan has a degree in English from The Ohio State University, and is a 20-year veteran of the US Army Reserves where he currently holds the rank of Sergeant First Class and serves as a Civil Affairs Team Sergeant. He has also served as an Engineer and Drill Sergeant, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In his free time, Dan enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, fishing, and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

CRAIG N. HARTWELL, ESQ.
Of Counsel

Growing up in Andover, Massachusetts, Craig Hartwell graduated from Northeastern University in 2002 and the Massachusetts School of Law in 2006.  Whether representing buyers and sellers in purchase and sale negotiations or while representing lenders in real estate transactions, Craig’s focus is always on providing clients with the best possible outcomes and services. 

Craig and his wife, Kristeen and two children make their home in Middleton, Massachusetts, where Craig is an active member of his community, including serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the last sixteen years, five as Chair.  When not in the office, you can usually find Craig outside running with his dog or watching his kids at their various activities.

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2006.
