Review of any fees for the lender to verify accuracy, before the lender discloses to the client as a courtesy free of charge. Prior to closing, we also offer to create a draft closing disclosure for the lender to mirror, showing all prorations, seller fees and any other details pertinent to the Closing Disclosure. Let our firm do all the work for you. Simply request a deadline for numbers and we will provide.

We are happy to close at any location and time that is most convenient for our clients. We have experienced and knowledgeable attorneys located all over New England who are available in a moment’s notice. If you require a place to meet our office offers plenty of free parking and a large conference room with the ability to accommodate children and guests during the closing.
